For weeks 1-3 and 5-7, we'll have one 30-minute coaching session and you will receive one new module in the portal. Weeks 4 & 8 are integration weeks for you to focus on integrating everything you've learned.
I've made all the training videos short and sweet by design so you can easily fit the program into your life. I would recommend the following daily exercises to start:
Daily thought work: 5-10 minutes
Video Lesson: 5-10 minutes
Worksheet exercise: 10 minutes
