"When are the coaching sessions?"
You will receive a link to my calendar as soon as you sign up. You can go ahead and book all 6  sessions so you have first dibs on the times you want or you can book them one by one each week. Totally up to you. If none of the available times work, please email me and we'll figure something out. I have a lot of flexibility to move things around as long as we're two weeks out.

Most of us think our problems are all outside of us. We think if we could change our circumstances or change certain people, everything would be good. The problem is, we usually can't change those things or those people. So we waste our time and energy banging our head into the wall over and over again, trying to control things we can't control.

I've made all the training videos short and sweet by design so you can easily fit the program into your life. I would recommend the following daily exercises to start: 

Daily thought work: 5-10 minutes
Video Lesson: 5-10 minutes
Worksheet exercise: 10 minutes
